I have heard from many of my international customers today that they are receiving emails containing tracking numbers for their packages, so the fulfillment company has obviously begun sending out the orders. Thank you for your patience. Soon everyone should have their books.

Dear very patient backers. ALL international orders are now being processed and shipped by eFulfillment Services, a very reputable shipper that allowed me to have more affordable international shipping charges.
EFS required that all international orders be delivered to them at one time, and I was waiting for the French Editions of the book to arrive, thus the delays. Those books arrived last week and all orders were packed. The trucking line picked up the pallet of international orders last Thursday and they were delivered to EFS on Monday. The orders have been processed this week and are being shipped out. Once I receive tracking numbers, I will provide them if EFS does not send them to you directly.
Note to domestic customers, if you have yet to receive your order, please leave me a message.
I know this has been a long and harrowing ordeal for everyone. I do know the wait will be worth it. This is the most beautiful book I have ever produced from a physical perspective. And the story is wonderful.

My backer friends,
BackerKit issues are all resolved and we have just sent out the "smoke test" that will go to about 5% of the backers just to make sure all of the bugs are worked out once and for all. Once this comes back, the surveys will be sent to everyone.
Most of our domestic shipments have already gone out except for the levels including the French edition of the book which we are still waiting for from Casterman, the Belgian publisher. All international shipments are packed and ready to ship once the surveys come back and shipping costs have been taken care of.

Thank you for your continued patience. I am still trying to work out the shipping charges with BackerKit but they should be fixed and you should be charged your shipping by the end of next week. But I am grateful for your support and I believe the best in people, so despite the hold up, I can't keep the books out of your hands.
So, I want to let everyone know that the books are shipping. As of last Thursday, the majority of the domestic orders have or will be shipping. The only levels not shipping yet are the ones which include the French edition of the book. I am still awaiting the shipment of those books from Belgium. Those will ship immediately upon my receipt of the books.
But if you ordered Level Nautilus, Level Verne, Level Hetzel, Level Librarie, and Level Honorine, and you have a US address, your rewards are on their way. I actually received a message today from one backer who received their Level Honorine.
International orders will be shipping in the next two to three weeks via an international fulfillment company I am using.
I cannot wait for you all to see this masterpiece of a book. - Steve
